Production steps with pictures and texts

NO.1

Use 3.0mm (you can use different spacing according to your preference) method to cut the lanyard from beginning to end along the edge at a distance of 2MM .

 NO.2

For sewing the hanging rope, you can choose any of the 88 sewing methods.

NO.3

Sand the edges of the wings and lanyard slightly with fine sandpaper and apply edge paint to the point you feel is perfect.

NO.4

Take out the matching wings and body, align them according to the cut holes on the parts and sew them together (refer to step NO.2 for the sew method ).

NO.5

Apply glue about 3mm wide on the base of the tail and the mane, align the tails and circle them, and stick the two pieces of mane into one piece.

The pony parts are completed through the above steps .

NO.6

Apply about 3mm of glue on one side of the bottom of the mane, and fit the mane to the pony's body according to the positioning on the drawing. Where the mane overlaps with the body, use an awl or needle to poke the mane through the round hole above the body to facilitate sewing later.

Start sewing. It is recommended to start stitching one stitch before the tail of the mane to hide the back stitch line.

NO.7

Pause when sewing at the eyes, stuff the mouth with cotton, just the right amount, and adjust the position of the cotton while sewing.

      Continue stitching...

NO.8

Stop sewing at the tail and continue stuffing cotton...

NO.9

Position according to the drawing. Fit the bottom of the tail (refer to step NO.6 for the method ) and adjust the cotton in all positions of the pony's body.

NO.10

Apply glue to the bottom of the lanyard, position it according to the drawing, and fit it to the main body (refer to step NO.6 for the method ). When the sewing is completed, backsew and deal with the thread ends.

Reminder: Clean the cotton and dandruff leaking from the edge after production

Congratulations on completing the production!
