Bearn Card Wallet Material Package Tutorial

Bearn Wallet (Digital Cashbook) Tutorial

Package components

After receiving the material package, check if all components are included. For the card pack material package, select parts ④ and ⑤ (2 units each), excluding parts ② and ③ and the four-side buckle component (Hardware No.12).

Start creating

1

First, install the No.11 hardware I-shaped buckle and tighten the screw with a screwdriver.

2

Mark and cut the seam line at bend No.3, then mark and cut another seam line at bend No.6.

3

Then, apply oil to the upper edges of the numbered parts 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 9, followed by wire pressing operations.

4

Apply adhesive to the back edge of component 4 and the front edge of component 5 as shown in the figure.

Next, attach component 4 to component 5 as shown in the figure.

After pasting component 4 and component 5, apply adhesive to both edges of component 7 and to both sides of the back edge of component 5.

Position component 7's accordion page behind component 5, as shown in the figure.

Similarly, apply adhesive to the edges of both sides of component 7's accordion page and the front panel of component 2's coin purse, then glue them together as shown in the diagram.

5

After pasting, reinforce the edges with stitching:

Draw the equal spaced edge lines with a mercury pen

After drawing the lines, as shown in the figure:

Then cut the seam:

Leave a cut position at the bottom and avoid hitting the seam.

After the cut, wipe off the ink with a damp paper towel and then stitch.

The front and back of the two parts after sewing are shown:

Remember to return the needle to the top and reinforce the top stress point:

Then perform the oiling operation on the sutured edges as shown in the figure:

6

Install part 6-Sewn insert

At the rear, use double-sided tape to attach component 6's tab to component 1's main surface, which has positioning markers. Just follow these markers for precise bonding.

Then perform four cuts at the tail and reinforce with stitching

Next, insert the stopper leather from component 9 into the hole on the larger surface.

The seam for securing is just covered

Then cut off the excess leather of the gear, fix it with glue inside the large surface, and hammer it to ensure flatness and strength, as shown in the picture:

7

Draw a large circle with a mercury pen and cut it.

Then cover the exposed metal sheet with masking tape:

Next, apply adhesive to the inner side of component 1's larger surface.

Prepare and paste component 10

The back of component 10 is also shown with adhesive.

Adhere the inner surface of component 1 and component 10 together:

Note that you should first glue one side and then the other side after accurate gluing.

Because the endothelium is bent, it cannot be flat. After attaching one side, it bends to attach the other side.

After applying to both sides, smooth the central area:

After sticking, the surface will naturally bend to achieve the best state of no wrinkles when closed and no tearing when opened. Note: because this is a small leather goods, the inner lining can be completely stuck here, which does not affect the use.

8

Place the two newly made parts with organ pages onto the large inner surface:

Use a mercury pen to mark the dots, then apply glue according to the dots.

The large endothelial surface is coated with glue.

Apply glue to the inner edge of the organ page:

Then install the large metal plate on the side and the organ page of the positioning part together:

Set it up on one side

Note: Gently fold the organ sheet to ensure smooth adhesion to the edge of the large inner lining.

After assembling one side, gently tap with a hammer to ensure the parts bond more tightly. Alternatively, use pliers to secure them.

Ensure the organ page is aligned accurately

9

Then install the other side of the coin purse:

First, apply the edge-grinding adhesive to component 3 and the back panel of the wallet, then place it onto the inner lining of the main surface.

Then apply glue to the inner edge of component 3, preparing to assemble it with the accordion page of another wallet front panel:

Assembly complete:

10

After the assembly is complete, the newly glued parts will be sewn together

Now, chop the dough and accordion leaf components together:

The large surface has already been drilled once in the previous step. Now, just fit it over the previously drilled hole and drill it again through the rear component.

Be careful to only puncture the organ pages that are attached together, and do not touch the front part that is sewn together.

At critical connection points, use a cone to pre-drill for accuracy.

Continue the slashing action until completing one full circle, then proceed to stitch.

At corners and joints, mark the points in advance with a cone to avoid hammering the wrong spot.

After the outer ring is finished, sew the outer ring, and then sand it slightly with sandpaper, then oil the edge:

At this stage, the process is essentially complete. For the wallet section, simply attach the four-piece buckle.

11

For the four-side buckle with hardware number 12, first use part 8 to wrap the buckle leather and cover the buckle. Trim off the excess part, then proceed with installation.

Place the wrapped dough on the counter:

Pass through hole

Use the four-side buckle installation tool to install the button:

Then attach the lower buttons:

Remember to place a steel ruler as a buffer, or you might damage the leather underneath.

Installation complete. Close the four-panel lock.

12

Close the buckle and observe the details of the construction. The whole small bag is finished!
